Incorporation of foreign invested entity, bank, non-governmental organization, representative office of the international organization. I.e., providing the service of receiving the certificate of registration from the relevant authorities of Mongolia.

Prepare draft rules, resolutions, decision and other documents required for registration, based on the Power of Attorney of the Client and other relevant information.

Notable Experiences

• Established the Representative office of US Carnegie Mission in the framework of the Millennium Challenge Fund, compact 2 Agreement (2018);

• Advised the Representative office of the Standard Chartered Bank of the UK. Later liquidated such entity (2017);

• Established Japan's Sumitomo Mitsubishi Banking Corporation (2013).
