• Provided advice to agriculture company operating in Dornod province in attracting investment from Japan, and successfully drafted and concluded the investment agreement with Japanese investors (2013-2014);

• Worked as a legal advisor for “K and T Construction” LLC on specific project, which, for the first time, successfully transferred ger district families to an apartment complex within the efforts of urban redevelopment in Ulaanbaatar (2009-2011);
