Even though the Licensing Law provides the list of activities requiring special licenses form competent state authorities, there are many other ancillary or accompanying permits and approvals required to be obtained from authorities prior to applying for such licenses which means a company applying for one specific license needs to approach many different authorities and it is time and money consuming.
