Successfully represented “Shangri-la Hotel Ulaanbaatar” LLC, “Archetype Mongolia” LLC, “BDO” LLC, “Peace and Friendship Palace”, “Bayansoyon Zaan” LLC, “Nomads” LLC, etc., in labor contract, property and inheritance disputes, and administrative disputes of condominium association, land and election etc. (2014-2016);
Civil dispute initiated by “Erdenes-Tavantolgoi” STC against the Government of Mongolia;
Represented the claimant in civil dispute instituted by Belarusian “T” LLC against “G” LLC and had the claimed amount granted (2015);
Successfully provided conciliation services to a dispute between a citizen and a legal entity in the amount exceeding one-billion tugriks;
Successfully represented the claimant in a civil dispute claiming the determination of a parking construction agreement as null and void.
