In order to own, use and secure other rights related to trademarks, entities must have them registered.

Trademark is a representative expression used by persons and legal entities with the purpose of differentiating their products from others’. It can be in the form of letters, words, shapes, 3D shapes, color, sound, smell or combination of the aforementioned.

Notable Experiences

• We registered the following trademarks: “Mongeni”, “Modern Nomads”, “Nomads Legends”, “Double Shot”, “Crocus Event Hall”, “Silk Road Bazaar”, “Transwest Mongolia”, “Үзэл бодлын зөрөг”, “Coffee with Sugar”, “Cheese Republic”, “Био Иод – Урт насал Удаан жарга”, “Vansemberuu”. (2016-2019);

• Registration of the trademarks in Mongolia by preparing and submitting explanations for provisional refusal of protection of trademarks as per international applications designated Mongolia (2016-2019);

• Works related to valuation of copyrighted works and trademarks and authentication of such valuation (2016-2018);

• Consulted Israelian “Keshet International” on a illegal copying and distribution of its sitcom in Mongolia, and made a conciliation agreement with the infringer (2017-2018).
